Wellness Society × The Place

Lucky Girls Pilates is a refreshing and empowering Pilates experience designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and inspired. Led by an expert instructor from The Place, this 50-minute class focuses on mindful movement, core strength, and supportive guidance with modifications available so every participant can move confidently at their own pace. Expect an energizing session that blends strength, balance, and community. After class, stay and enjoy Poppi with fellow attendees while connecting with the Wellness Society Milwaukee community. It’s the perfect way to move, recharge, and celebrate wellness together.
