Join us on August 1st as we celebrate the official launch of Fort Worth Wellness Society in collaboration with Wellness Woofs for a morning centered around movement, community, wellness, rescue pups, and supporting local businesses.

We’re bringing together everything we love about Fort Worth — good people, great coffee, wellness brands, rescue dogs, and meaningful connections.

This launch event will feature two mat Pilates-style classes, adoptable rescue puppies onsite through Three Thorn Ranch Rescue, coffee and matcha from Ostara Coffee, curated wellness goodie bags, local vendors, photo moments, and time to connect with other women in the Fort Worth community.

Whether you’re coming for Pilates, the puppies, the coffee, the community, or all of the above, we’d love to have you there. 🤍
